The Premium Solid Wood Plank Table Top is machined, joined, and finished in the USA from responsibly harvested European beechwood. Its 1 1/2" thick solid wood construction is well suited to upscale restaurants, steakhouses, and traditional hospitality venues. Customizable in size and shape, it is offered with a selection of commercial-grade wood finishes that allow for matching with existing wood restaurant chairs, bar stools, and booths.

The wood is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content before being precision-cut into staves at our state-of-the-art sawmill and edge-glued with industrial-grade adhesives. A 5-stage commercial finishing process follows, beginning with progressive sanding to 150-grit and non-grain-raising stain. Catalyzed polyurethane sealer, fine sanding, and a polyurethane topcoat complete the process.
