Frame: This chair's design achieves the utmost durability with a frame constructed of 18-gauge, 1" x 1" tabular cross sections made of SAE 1008 steel alloy. Additional stability is obtained with two side bars which eliminate wobbling by absorbing torsion forces, and an under seat bar which provides extra rigidity.
Seat: Seating Masters makes this stacking chair's high-quality upholstered seat out of three-ply, 1/2" thick premium plywood, and 2.2 pounds of three-inch thick, high density foam. Ten #12 screws are employed to fasten the seat to the frame. An under seat bar preserves the seat by distributing weight evenly to the frame.
Seat Structure: This premium chair sets itself apart in both comfort and durability with two added reinforcement bars under the seat providing additional support.
Frame finish: This chair’s oven baked powder coat is applied electrostatically and cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The thermoplastic or thermoset polymer powder used is more durable than conventional paint.
